Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events efficiently. Anticipate conflicts and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas. Provide detailed travel plans and necessary documentation.

Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as drafting letters, reports, presentations, and other documents. Manage filing systems, databases, and office supplies inventory.

Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings. Arrange meeting venues, equipment, catering, and any other logistics as required.

Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information, such as personal matters, financial data, and business strategies.

Task Prioritization: Assess priorities and deadlines, ensuring that important tasks are completed in a timely manner. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate or executive environment.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Resourcefulness and problemsolving skills to overcome challenges independently
