Job Role - Executive Assistant (CEO)

Location - Pune

Number of Positions - 1
CrelioHealth is a growing SaaS Software company in Healthcare.

As our functional teams grow we are looking for someone who would be excited to work as an executive assistant helping analyze plans, preparing project reports and being part of critical decisions which decide the course of the company.

Expectations from the role

Review project plans and create compelling presentations
Review the progress of functional teams & KPIs
Identify improvement areas in internal processes and suggest or scope improvements
Discuss with key members of the team to identify gaps & improvement areas
Plan meetings & presentations for customers & business leaders
Preparing & analyzing Company All Hands meetings
Help with enriching conversations with team members or customers

Qualifications expected for this role

Likes to read and learn in general
Good at writing & managing many documents, and memos on the cloud (G Docs, etc.)
Has good analytical skills to analyze patterns in business & operational data
Likes to interact with people and enjoys engaging in conversations
Basic graduation degree. A master's in any field would be preferred but not required.
