Store Incharge - Distillery Company


Overview:


As a Store Incharge in our distillery company, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store operations, including inventory management, procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and products.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the store to support production and operational needs.


Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:


  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.

Procurement:


  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  • Generate purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure ontime receipt of materials.

Storage and Warehousing:


  • Organize and maintain the storage space to optimize efficiency and accessibility.
  • Implement proper storage techniques to preserve the quality of materials and products.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in handling hazardous materials.

Distribution:


  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to facilitate the timely distribution of finished products.
  • Monitor outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Address any issues or delays in the distribution process to minimize disruptions.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Prepare and maintain records of all store transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and other relevant metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to management on store performance and potential areas for improvement.

Team Management:


  • Supervise and train store staff to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment conducive to productivity and teamwork.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in store management, preferably in the distillery or beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
