Job description
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and questions on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, eMail, Chat and Calls.
- Understand, prioritise and escalate client feedback and feature requests to the internal product team.
- Provide prompt, accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers.
- Proactively resolve customer issues, taking ownership of the customer experience.
- Research and promptly answer consumer questions posted.
- Measure, track, and report on key interaction success metrics.
- Deal with technical related queries, help and educate the client to use our products.
- Coordinate with Clients for queries and shipments/orders.
- To handle documents related to orders, data entry, reporting and filing.
Requirements:
- Education
- UG or Equivalent, Experience 0 till 2 years
- SPOKEN HINDI is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
- Independent, responsible, proactive, wellorganized & able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and the ability to learn new software and systems.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms is a plus (not mandatory).
