Job description

Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and questions on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, eMail, Chat and Calls.
Understand, prioritise and escalate client feedback and feature requests to the internal product team.
Provide prompt, accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers.
Proactively resolve customer issues, taking ownership of the customer experience.
Research and promptly answer consumer questions posted.
Measure, track, and report on key interaction success metrics.
Deal with technical related queries, help and educate the client to use our products.
Coordinate with Clients for queries and shipments/orders.
To handle documents related to orders, data entry, reporting and filing.

Requirements:

Education
UG or Equivalent, Experience 0 till 2 years
SPOKEN HINDI is a must.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
Independent, responsible, proactive, wellorganized & able to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office and the ability to learn new software and systems.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms is a plus (not mandatory).
