Corporate Relationship


Responsibilities

  • To understand the offer/arrangement made to the Corporates by the Bank
  • To penetrate every Corporate relationship by signing up for additional salary accounts on an ongoing basis
  • To ensure that all accounts get salary credits
  • To identify and resolve service issues faced by the Corporates
  • To generate cross sales of various liability/assets products
  • Provide feedback/recommendations for weeding out accounts
  • To co ordinate/assist the Service RMs in resourcing/conducting training camps/road shows in identified Corporates
  • To grow and manage the portfolio profitability
  • To coordinate with Service Branch RMs, Sales, Assets and other departments on an on going basis
  • Cross sell targets of assets and insurance would be existing
  • Would would have to handle a team of Team Leaders and CSEs(Outsourced)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Any Graduate


CTC Range - 7 lkh ~ 10 lkh
