Responsibilities

  • Follow communication scripts/templates when handling different topics
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or
alternatives

  • Keep records of all conversations in our contact center database in a comprehensible way
  • Act as a bridge between call center, operations team
  • Periodic Targets for Enquiry and Conversion for new customers
  • Ensure that call center has focused target for lead conversion every day, need to followup the
enquiries very closely

  • Ensure that the operations team is doing the Vehicle delivery / Pickup to customer locations.
  • Coordination with dealerships for Service & Maintenance of Twowheelers.
  • Manage the data of Troubleshooting/Repair of Twowheelers.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
