What You'll Do


Physical Event operations:

Utilize statistical and structural methodologies to identify venues that specifically meet event requirements.

Conduct thorough inspections of potential event sites and document key findings.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between various teams involved in event execution.

Assist in managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and ensuring profitability through project P&L analysis and feedback mechanisms.

Support the Operations head in overseeing milestone projects and planned intellectual properties (IPs) across calender year.


Take a leading role in executing on-ground operations, utilizing structured thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.


Travel Management:

Manage team travel ensuring all bookings are made efficiently and cost-effectively, aligning with team travel plans.

Research and implement economical travel alternatives based on forecasted travel needs.

Manage and optimize frequent flyer and loyalty memberships for company travel accounts to maximize benefits.


Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of travel and event expenses and prepare monthly management information system (MIS) reports.

Conduct operational audits and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancement.


Partner management:

Establish and maintain a database of event agencies and partners, continually expanding potential partnership opportunities.

Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners and agencies, overseeing project supervision and ensuring successful collaboration.

Regularly Audit vendors' product and service quality based on price.


Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate recording, timely invoicing, and other necessary documentation related to vendor transactions.

What We Are Looking For


Qualification:
Recent graduate with 1-2 years of experience in any discipline.


Preferred backgrounds:
Hospitality, Consumer brands, Marketing & PR, Media & Production houses.

Hands on with documentation and is proficient in MS Excel, MS PPT and collaboration tools.

Skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal & people management skills.

Tech-friendly, flexible and agile approach to assigned projects.

Ability to define processes and manage day-to-day operations

Deadline-driven and able to multitask without losing speed, focus, or quality.
