As a Speech and Drama Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring students to explore the realms of communication, expression, and performance.


Your primary responsibilities will include:
1.


Curriculum Development:

Designing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that encompasses various aspects of speech, drama, and performance arts tailored to different age groups and skill levels.

2.


Instruction:

Conducting engaging and interactive classes to teach students fundamental principles of speech, voice modulation, articulation, body language, improvisation, and character development.

3.


Creative Expression:
Encouraging students to unleash their creativity and imagination through drama exercises, role-playing, storytelling, and performance activities.

4.


Skill Enhancement:
Providing constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their communication skills, confidence, stage presence, and emotional expression.

5.


Production Management:

Overseeing the organization and direction of theatrical productions, recitals, and showcases, involving students in all aspects of performance production.

6.


Collaboration:

Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to create a supportive and enriching learning environment that promotes the overall development of students.

7.


Assessment and Evaluation:
Assessing student progress through regular evaluations, assessments, and performances, and providing timely feedback to students and parents.

8.


Professional Development:

Staying updated with current trends, techniques, and methodologies in speech and drama education through continuous learning and professional development activities.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Drama, Performing Arts, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Previous teaching experience in speech, drama, or performing arts education.
  • Strong passion for working with students and fostering their creative and expressive abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students in a dynamic learning environment.
  • Knowledge of various drama techniques, theatrical practices, and performance styles.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
  • Commitment to upholding professional standards and promoting a positive learning culture.

Job Type:
Permanent


Pay:
Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
