Financial Planning & Analysis:

Manager Finance


LOCATION:
Vadodara


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Prepare and improve monthly management financial/operational reports.
  • Support Operations/Sales for Reports.
  • Pricing analysis including Flash of financial results.
  • Develop and publish reporting metrics of KPIs.
  • Prepare financial trend and variance analyses comparing current operating results with prior operating results for operational actions.
  • Maintain and create models to evaluate P&L impact of new client contracts and new product offerings.
  • Evaluate P&L performance and ROI of clients and products.
  • Attend weekly sales prospect meetings and provide analytical support for deal evaluation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

  • Bachelor's/ Master degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
    LANGUAGE SKILLS:
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance Instructions, and procedure manuals, ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:


  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole Numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and Percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY:


  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in Situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of Instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
