    Job Description

    We are seeking a Temenos Functional Lead to join our Temenos CoE in the Banking and Diversified Financials Practice, focusing on the Client's Private Bank.

Collaboration across teams and departments is essential to ensure the highest level of service for our customers.

    Within our Banking and Diversified Financials practice, we assist clients in driving banking transformation initiatives from front office to back office. This involves enhancing customer experience through process improvement, digitization, and enabling self-service capabilities across the bank, especially in wealth management, payments, structured products, and money market products.

    Primary Skills

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing Temenos expertise to support delivery teams
    • Leading the Analysis & Design of solutions for Private Banking delivery, including running workshops, gathering requirements, identifying gaps, and designing solutions
    • Supervising a team of Temenos business analysts responsible for gathering requirements and designing solutions
    • Designing integration, customization, and configuration solutions on the Temenos platform
    • Serving as a Temenos functional Subject Matter Expert, addressing functional queries and providing solutions
    • Collaborating with Temenos Product delivery teams to translate end user requirements into application/system requirements
    • Mentoring team members on Temenos delivery, architecture, functional requirements, and best practices
    • Implementing best practices for continuous improvement in delivery processes
    • Configuring Temenos for various banking products and financial instruments
    • Owning functional specifications and artefacts generated by the team
    • Conducting functional training on Temenos
    • Collaborating with partners to develop assets and accelerators

    Secondary Skills

    Functional Skills:

    • Minimum of 15 years' experience as a Temenos Functional Lead in a large organization
    • At least 10 years of experience in implementing Private Bank & Wealth Management solutions, preferably in Europe, with a minimum of 3 years as a Functional Architect Lead
    • Expertise in other Core & Wealth solutions such as Intellect Wealth Management, Avaloq, or Finacle Wealth Management is advantageous
    • Strong analysis skills in wealth banking, with extensive knowledge of financial products
    • Familiarity with Wealth Management and Private Banking ecosystems
    • Experience in creating high-quality Functional Design specifications and test cases
    • Knowledge of tools like GIT, Agile, Scrum, and Jira
    • Ability to work well both in teams and autonomously
