Short Description

The Assistant Manager, Innovation Insights & Trends will be responsible for providing timely insights about industry trends, competitor movements/programs, researching themes/problem statements, conducting primary and secondary research, and providing inputs to the rest of the Innovation program team to create program structures
Key Responsibilities
Conduct primary and secondary research, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support the Innovation team's objectives
Research and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive movements/programs to provide insights to the Innovation team
Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and communicate them to the Innovation team
Develop research themes/problem statements to capture Industry trends via partner led research
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in research and insights
Skills Information
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently as well as part of a crossfunctional team
Knowledge of innovation best practices, frameworks, and methodologies

Education

Relevant Experience

Formal education in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and data
Formal/Informal education in a research or insights role, preferably in a marketing or innovation setting.
