We are hiring Technician for Installation & Maintenance of CCTV Cameras.

Responsibilities:

I
nstallation and Setup:

Conduct on-site installation of CCTV cameras, including mounting, cabling, and configuration of network connections to ensure optimal functionality and security coverage.

Maintenance and Repair:
Regularly inspect and maintain installed surveillance systems, including cameras, recorders, and related components. Troubleshoot and repair any hardware or software issues that may arise during maintenance visits.

Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding CCTV system operations, setup, and usage. Address client inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions remotely or on-site.

System Upgrades:
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in CCTV systems. Suggest and implement system upgrades or enhancements to improve performance and security.

Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of installation and maintenance activities, including equipment configurations, service reports, and client communication for future reference.

Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure that all CCTV installations comply with local regulations and legal requirements related to surveillance and privacy.

Quality Assurance:
Perform quality checks on completed installations to guarantee adherence to company standards and client expectations.

Inventory Management:

Keep track of inventory levels and ensure that all required equipment and spare parts are available for timely installations and repairs.

Requirements:

Educational Background:
A degree or diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Proven Experience:
Prior experience in installing and maintaining CCTV cameras or similar security systems is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in IP-based CCTV systems, network configuration, and video management software is essential. Familiarity with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, or similar CCTV equipment is a plus.

Troubleshooting Abilities:
Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Flexibility:
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a willingness to travel to various client sites as required.

Attention to Detail:
Meticulous in ensuring proper installation and accurate documentation of activities.

Valid Driver's License:
A valid driver's license is necessary as the position may involve

Experience:
0-1 yrs

Languages Known:
Tamil & English

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary:
₹180, ₹240,000.00 per year
