Description

PSA Mumbai is looking for Application support engineer for L2 level, for Uran, Navi Mumbai location.

Job description is as mentioned below-
Scope of Work

Provide Tier 1 and 2 support of TOS/Maximo
Interface directly with software vendors and consultants for development and support
Create knowledge base documentation and training materials for End User Support (EUS)
Assist the business in developing business requirements and creating technical/functional documentation
Escalate issues and risks and proactively takes ownership for resolution.
Should be well versed on the MS Word/Excel/PPT

Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years hands on experience in Terminal Operating System
High proficiency with SQL language and database management
Proven analytical abilities
Proven capabilities in project and usertesting management.
Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
Excellent software development background with any of the following (C#, C++, Java,.NET) is a plus
Domain knowledge in Port Industry is a plus
