Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
Communicate and work with clients in the U.S. to support their business.
Assist customers in resolving any issues that may arise.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolutions.
Updating data in Excel and Google Docs.
Creating and updating Product documentation, customer success documentation
Managing and updating project progress updates
Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and service level agreements.

Must have skills & and competencies:

Ability to think quickly and respond to a customer's needs.
Very good communication skills in English are a must, as the customers are all in the U.S.
Experience with CRM, and related ticketing systems and programs.
Knowledge of MS-Office (MSword, MS-Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Google software (Meet, Chat, Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide timely solutions.
High attention to detail and accuracy when managing customer information and inquiries.

Eligibility:

Masters in business administration / bachelor's degree in computer science engineering
