Responsibilities:


  • Conduct client consultations to determine design preferences, requirements, and constraints
  • Develop design concepts and presentations for commercial and residential spaces
  • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications for construction and installation purposes
  • Select materials, colors, lighting, and furniture for interior spaces
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to design plans
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Keep uptodate with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in interior design

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in interior design
  • Strong creative and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max,working drawings, Mood boards, Conceptual designing and 3D.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
