Key Objectives/Purpose of the role
- Analysis of samples (RM, Packing Material, SFG & FG)
- Supporting FSTL regarding Customer Complaints-Quality related issues.
- Quality control of Production Site & Any other samples
- Method Development/ Validation/ System Implementation/ Management
- Documentation/ QMS / Audits/ Routine Analysis.
- Up keeping of Instruments & Utilities.
- Maintaining minimum stocks of consumables in the Laboratory.
- Purchase indent for laboratory
- Lab Safety
- AMC & Calibration of Lab instruments.
- Audit assistance.
- Supporting in Product Coding/ ISO System
- Lab validation
- Preparing Samples for customer or external laboratory and submission to Logistics for despatch.
- Daily updating sample and analysis log.
- Maintaining Instrument Breakdown register and Glassware breakage register.
- Preparation of COAs for all FGs.
- Maintaining of Customer and Lot retention Samples

- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Competencies
- Instrumental experience (GC, HPLC, GC HS, UV, Polarimeter, Refractometer)
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency / Consistency in Testing
- Lesser TAT
- Trouble shooting of Instruments
- Quality Focus (QC/QA)
- Adherence to GLP
- Result Orientation / Problem Solving Ability / Team Play
- Decision Making / Accountability / Time Management
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Palakkad, Kerala (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Palakkad, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
