Summary / Objective
An Accounts Executive must be a versatile team player eager to contribute strong finance, accounting, towards actively supporting the success of a progressive organization offering opportunities for growth in exchange for superior performance.
What you'll be doing
- Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer and processing backups.
- Creation of Delivery Challans, eway bills etc
- Vouching in Tally Prime, creating sales, receipts, payments, purchase, journal vouchers.
- Petty Cash Management.
- Cash Book Management.
- Working Knowledge on Banking Transactions
- DD collection, NEFT, RTGS, cash deposits, or withdrawal.
- Computation of TDS and TCS.
- Inventory Mangement.
- Knowledge in GST and related areas.
- Weekly/monthly wage payment of casual labours and sharing supporting documents to Accounts Deparment at CO.
- Supports accounting operations by filing documents, reconciling statements.
- Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with the general ledger.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Preparation and submission of cheques, travel expense reports and settlement of cash and vouchers, etc.,
- Filing of vouchers, invoices, sales proforma, etc., and maintaining files and records
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Responsible for Packing and Forwarding area.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
- This is a fulltime position with General Shift from 08:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs. Monday to Saturday are working days.
Travel
- Must be willing to travel as per requirement.
Required Education and Experience
- Qualification: Bachelors in tax, accounting, or finance.
- Experience: Minimum 01 year experience in accounting/finance.
- Basic knowledge in Tall Prime, GST, TCS, TDS, and Tax Computation.
