About the organization:
TNI Career Counselling is a global admissions advisory, career counseling, and test prep venture catering to undergraduate, Master, Ph.
D., MBA & EMBA programs. Additionally, we work with institutions to provide counseling resources, workshops, webinars, and other outreach activities. We provide mentoring on test prep and admissions guidance led by our founder Mr. Dhaval Mehta (University of Michigan, Columbia University, and Cornell University graduate). You will get to work with a truly global team and make your mark in the education industry.


Office Timings:
Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm; Saturdays 10:00 am to 6:00 pm


Weekly Off:
Alternate Saturdays and Sundays.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Understanding the company's products and services, articulating available resources to prospective market channels, and identifying the overall operating model of the organization
  • Responsible for overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution including digital marketing, SEO, SMM, etc
  • Communicate company services via Calling and Email and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs
  • Build online marketing/visibility strategy with influencers, and websites to garner customer interest and create brand awareness among target audiences for Undergraduate, Graduate, and Professional Programs
  • Analyzing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborating with the marketing design and content marketing teams to produce quality advertising material for company products and services
  • Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposal
  • Create an events strategy and calendar of events to drive student/Institution engagement on the ground and virtually
  • Assist in Contacting school counselors, placement cells, international networks, and coaching classes for executing sales and marketing activities
  • Responsible for securing qualified leads on a monthly basis, school/college meetings, and assisting in revenue generation
  • Assist in organizing Online and Offline career counseling workshops, webinars, and fairs for Students and Parents
  • Coordinate in generating individual, institutional, and corporate leads by pitching the company's products and services through presentations, activities, and referrals, and following up with them
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and nonfinancial information. Work with other software to maintain information and communicate effectively
  • Travel as required

Eligibility:


  • Must be a graduate (Economics, Business, Marketing, and Communications will be given preference); having an experience in marketing is a plus point
  • Savvy with technology and social media. WordPress and SEO
  • Highly developed organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Understand the market & industry trends, conduct research, and analyze data.
  • Comfort in a fastpaced, startuplike organization is crucial
  • Must have their own systems and software (laptop)
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent research with writing and editing skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹240, ₹420,000.00 per year
