Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers, providing indepth product knowledge and information about electric bikes.
  • Conduct sales transactions, including processing payments and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable electric bike models and accessories.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring all products are appropriately displayed.
  • Stay updated on the features and specifications of electric bike models, as well as industry trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent aftersales service.
  • Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract potential customers.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking products as needed.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless showroom operations.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends for strategic decisionmaking.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
