    Description

    Manager -Deal Pricer

    Job Overview
    This role plays a crucial part as a financial and commercial advisor within a deal team. The position demands specialized knowledge to aid in deal modeling and evaluation, considering both deal strategy structuring and negotiation stances. This role serves as the financial liaison both internally and externally with clients/advisors.

    Experience Level: 08 to 14 Years

    Roles & Duties

    • Handle the financial structuring and analysis of deals in alignment with Cognizant's business goals.
    • Create pricing models, evaluate the deal's P&L cash flow metrics and financial feasibility, and identify potential risks throughout the bid lifecycle from qualification to deal closure.
    • Assist the deal team throughout the sales process by analyzing and proposing deal-specific financial strategies and solutions.
    • Assist in negotiating financial and commercial terms to meet Cognizant's business and financial objectives.
    • Enable the signing of contracts by Cognizant that can deliver the expected returns and address customer business drivers simultaneously.
    • Operate objectively to maintain the integrity of the role's responsibilities by collaborating with FP&A Tax, technical accounting, and other relevant departments.
    • Contribute to the preparation and active involvement in internal deal governance.
    • Ensure compliance with Cognizant's processes and policies, utilizing approved tools. Report any potential issues or questions to the Pricing Lead, attend regular team meetings, and assist with deal coverage.
