Roles and Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Talent Identification:


  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, internal databases) to identify and attract top talent.

Recruitment Process:


  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, from initial requisition to onboarding.

Communication Skills:


  • Effectively communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

  • Negotiate salary and other employment terms to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.

Relationship Building:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and team leaders.
  • Partner with departments to understand their specific recruitment needs and challenges.

Talent Acquisition Strategies:


  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.

Data Analysis:


  • Use data and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activity and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to address any negotiation challenges

Salary:
₹14, ₹25,000.00 per month
