Open Position:
Quality Checker Auditor

Job Role:
As a Quality Checker, you will be responsible for auditing all call which has been taken by the agents. Provide accurate and complete information to agents using the right tools and methods.

Job Description:

Provide superior Customer Experience by auditing the agents call and share them a feedback.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Guiding agents a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at the call.
Collaborate with team members, and customer service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
Follow the company's communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times.
Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

12th pass can apply
Minimum 6 month experience is required in Voice process.

Compliance, C

Sat.
Good Communication Required.
6 days working 1 week off.

Salary:
INR (per month)

15k in hand & 18k ctc

Working mode:
Work from Office

Location:
Phase 4, Sec 18, Udyog vihar, Gurugram.
