Description

The Robot Installation Technician plays a crucial role in the setup, installation, and configuration of robotic systems in various industrial and commercial environments.

This position requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and hands-on capabilities to ensure the successful deployment of robotic equipment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation Planning: Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop installation plans, including site surveys, equipment placement, and logistics.
  • Equipment Setup: Perform assembly, mounting, and installation of robotic systems according to manufacturer specifications and project requirements.
  • Electrical Wiring: Connect power supplies, controllers, sensors, and peripheral devices, ensuring proper wiring and adherence to safety standards.
  • Mechanical Integration: Align mechanical components, such as robotic arms, grippers, and end effectors, to ensure smooth operation and precision.
  • Programming Assistance: Assist engineers or programmers in configuring and testing robotic software, including motion control, path planning, and sensor integration.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues during installation, such as mechanical misalignment, electrical faults, or software bugs.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and calibration procedures to verify system functionality and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installation activities, including wiring diagrams, configuration settings, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to endusers or maintenance personnel on operating procedures, safety protocols, and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to ensure timely completion of installation projects.

Salary:
₹8, ₹18,000.00 per month
