Responsibilities:

Convert leads provided by the marketing and BTL teams into customers through effective communication and relationship-building.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the value and benefits of TechPaathshala's offerings.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the customer conversion process andimprove overall sales effectiveness.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
