Job Summary:
As a Business Development Tele-caller, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads through outbound calls.
Your primary objective will be to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team to convert leads into customers.
You will also be tasked with maintaining a database of leads, tracking interactions, and updating information for effective follow-up.Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided list or database.
- Introduce company products or services, explain their benefits, and answer queries from potential clients.
- Qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and budget constraints.
- Gather and document relevant information such as contact details, preferences, and feedback.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly quotas for qualified leads and appointments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tele-caller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone.
- Good understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
