  • Communication & Soft Skills training.
  • MS office (Advanced Excel)
  • Presentation skills
  • Client Communication calls
  • Interaction via Video conferencing.
  • Call etiquettes.
  • Design and develop the training programs.
  • Track regular assessments to understand the effectiveness of the training program.
  • Track individual performance during and after the trainings and conduct refresher sessions on need basis.
  • Presenting training sessions that are engaging and interactive to help participants retain information
  • Conducting needs assessments to understand what employees already know and what they need to learn next
  • Basics of Java, XML.
  • Train essential traits among employees such as Teamwork, Time Management, Adaptability, Organizational skills etc.

Resource Manager Roles & Responsibilities:


  • A resource manager is the one who helps project managers with planning and allocating resources for a project; determines an organization's demand for resources and ensures its capacity to meet staffing needs of projects; assigns employees to a project's tasks; and participates in the hiring process.
  • Act as point of contact for resource booking confirmation, conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business goals.
  • Manage overall training/crosstraining, hiring recommendations based on forecasted resource needs.
  • Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing.
  • Monitor day to day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with the Practice Leaders to address and solve those issues.
  • Providing project managers with ongoing resource management and related support.
  • Monitoring employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours.
  • Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff.
  • Collaborating on resource management with internal departments.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining records.
  • Monitoring the status of projects and work orders to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Negotiating prices with vendors in order to obtain the best rates possible.
  • Reviewing contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Managing all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and hiring staff.
  • Preparing reports detailing project status, costs, and other relevant information.
  • Coordinating with employees to ensure that they are receiving the proper training for their jobs.
  • Overseeing the procurement and management of materials and supplies needed for projects.
  • Determining the type and quantity of resources that will be needed for each project.
  • Monitoring employee attendance, productivity, and safety to ensure that projects are completed effectively.

Salary:
₹600, ₹700,000.00 per year
