Job description
- Greeting clients and visitors.
- Maintain office reception areas.
- Maintaining office equipment & Housekeeping material as needed.
- Maintaining databases as per requirement.
- Coordinating with drivers
- Coordinating with House Keeping & Pantry boy
- Assisting in HR related work
Responsibilities:
(KRA)
- Preparation of offers & quotation in ERP, MS Word & Excel
- General correspondence (bank, clients) etc.
- General office admin including facility management, courier (outward),
- Submission of reports (to be developed) as per schedule.
- CRM entry and updation
- Any other misc. documentation
- Any other documentation or follow up work given by the management.
- Ensure work towards ensuring On Time Performance goals of the company.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
