Description
Assist customers in navigating our website and placing orders.

  • Provide information about our products, including product descriptions, ingredients, and
usage instructions.

  • Address any concerns or complaints customers may have and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process returns and refunds.
  • Manage WhatsApp automations to ensure smooth communication with customers.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to promote new products, sales, and promotions.
  • Monitor customer engagement with WhatsApp broadcasts and adjust messaging
strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer service and messaging
guidelines for WhatsApp communication.

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and changes in WhatsApp policies to ensure
compliance with regulations.

  • Work closely with our fulfillment team to ensure that orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
