Assist customers in navigating our website and placing orders.- Provide information about our products, including product descriptions, ingredients, and
- Address any concerns or complaints customers may have and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process returns and refunds.
- Manage WhatsApp automations to ensure smooth communication with customers.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to promote new products, sales, and promotions.
- Monitor customer engagement with WhatsApp broadcasts and adjust messaging
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer service and messaging
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and changes in WhatsApp policies to ensure
- Work closely with our fulfillment team to ensure that orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Diploma (required)
Experience:
- Customer service (preferred)
