Job Title:
Frappe Functional Expert


Role Overview:

As a Frappe Functional Expert, you will be responsible for understanding business processes, configuring, customizing, and optimizing the Frappe/ERPNext system to meet organizational requirements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into efficient system configurations and workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis and Solution Design:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.

Translate business requirements into Frappe/ERPNext system configurations, workflows, and functionalities.


System Configuration and Customization:
Configure and customize modules, workflows, forms, reports, and user permissions within the Frappe/ERPNext system.

Customize fields, forms, and modules to align with business processes and specific requirements.


User Training and Support:
Provide training to end-users on system functionalities, workflows, and best practices.

Offer ongoing support to users, addressing queries, issues, and providing solutions within the Frappe/ERPNext environment.


Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct system testing to ensure configured solutions meet business requirements.

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment.


Documentation and Process Improvement:
Document system configurations, workflows, and user manuals for future reference.

Continuously evaluate and improve processes within Frappe/ERPNext to enhance system efficiency and usability.


Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and management to align system functionalities with business goals.

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

Proven experience as a Frappe Functional Expert or in ERPNext functional consulting.

In-depth understanding of business processes and workflows.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing Frappe/ERPNext modules and workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.

Experience in conducting user training and support.


Preferred Skills:
Certification or formal training in Frappe or ERPNext functional areas.

Knowledge of ERPNext modules like CRM, HR, Accounting, Inventory, etc.

Familiarity with SQL and database querying.

Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.

Salary:
₹8, ₹46,795.02 per month
