Kavuri Hills, Hyderabad
Preferable:
Two-wheeler
- Should be good at managing administrative activities involving housekeeping, security, stationery, and accommodation booking etc.
- Identify administration related vendors, getting the quotations, meeting the vendors, making proposals, making purchase requisitions, contracts etc.
- Responsible to arrange and manage House-Keeping, Stationary, Guest House and Security Services Good in handling statutory compliance.
- Maintaining office infrastructure and facilities, company guest house, managing repairs, maintenance, appliances, vehicles, AMC's etc.
- Manage company assets and ready to work in flexible timing.
- Coordinate for the requirements of new employees on business cards, access cards, information etc.
- Monitor and Control daily housekeeping services.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
