Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer for Java to join our team.

As the Trainer for Java, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to our Employees and Student/External clients.

You will work closely with the Learning and Development team to create training materials and curriculum, and ensure that training programs are effective and engaging.


Responsibilities:


  • Ability to resolve all technical queries of students.
  • Conduct training sessions and drive the placement driven quality in the training.
  • Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements.
  • Produce training schedules and classroom agenda.
  • Determine course content according to objectives.
  • Prepare training material.
  • Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
  • Observe and evaluate results of training programs.
  • Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience as a Java trainer/developer
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs
  • Strong knowledge of Java programming language
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
