Telesales Executive - Katargam, Surat, Gujarat, India - CDL FINESHINE
Description
Responsibilities:
- Answering/Calling phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to our Sales group for closing.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tele sales representative or other customer service role.
- Min. graduates are required for this role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Good knowledge of computer programs in a Proven track record of successfully. meeting sales quotas over the phone.
- Ability to switch communication styles.
