You will be a critical member of our North American (Corporate Recruiting) team working to match the most talented professionals to our opportunities.

You will be instrumental working with the organization as a whole and being part of a very collaborative environment.

This job involves the following responsibilities:

  • Delineate and implement Recruiting and pipeline generation strategies.
  • Full life cycle recruitment.

What you should bring to us:

years of talent acquisition experience / knowledge in the IT industry with a focus on corporate positions, such as IT / Infra ,Human Resources etc.


  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Knowledge of the India job market.
  • Knowledge of various sourcing channels available in India
  • A strong desire to recruit for all levels of positions, from professional level to directors, and be passionate about doing it
