As a Technical IT Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract, assess, and onboard top technical talent.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, skills, and experience needed for open positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate feedback discussions, and manage the entire interview process.
Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make datadriven decisions to optimize the recruitment process.

Qualification:

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and programming languages.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, highgrowth environment and adapt to changing priorities.
