Telecaller Executive [Female Only]

Location :
Burrabazar

Position Overview:
We are seeking energetic and motivated Telecallers with excellent English communication skills to join our team.

The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote our products/services, answering questions about our offerings, and directing prospects to the sales team.


Responsibilities:


  • Contact potential customers to inform them about our products/services using scripts
  • Answer questions about products/services and their benefits
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements
  • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our products/services meet their needs
  • Record the customer's personal information accurately in the CRM system
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Followup on initial contacts
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support as needed
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Cooltempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
