Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing related field.

Responsibilities:


  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers or clients based on provided leads or databases
  • Contacting existing customers to upsell or crosssell products or services, or to gather feedback on previous purchases
  • Lead generation, Following up on leads
  • Responding to inquiries and requests from customers who have been contacted earlier or who are calling in response to marketing campaigns.
  • Maintaining uptodate knowledge of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.

Requirements:


  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for marketing, or similar field.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and social media platforms.
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a passion for marketing.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
  • Content writing.

Experience:

- total work: 2-3 years (preferred)


Language:


  • Tamil, English, Hindi (preferred)

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pollachi,
