Responsibilities:

Collaborate and work with the Campus Lead to determine Talent Needs
Understand and identify campus hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations
Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks
Developing Internship programs and evaluating their performances with the support of the Campus Lead
Market Intelligence about students, colleges, Programs and managing all administrative

- tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles and applicant onboarding documentation

Business Acumen in Hosting and attending college career days and conferences

Requirements:

A minimum of 612 months of experience in HR or Recruiting environment
Any experience or exposure towards Campus recruitment would be considered good to have
Proven ability to multitask, attention to detail and street smartness would be a must have.
Strong bent of mind towards market research, talent mapping, negotiating and influencing

- management decision-making.

Excellent verbal, written, presentation & articulation skills
