Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and understand the staffing needs for various IT positions.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry and recruitment practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
Indepth knowledge of the IT industry, including different technologies, programming languages, and job roles.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring IT professionals.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
