Job location:

  • Nashik, Maharashtra

Salary:


  • 25,000 30,000 per month

Experience:


  • Total experience:
  • 6 years experience in telecaller or a similar role.
  • Minimum experience:
  • 23 years experience in BPO or KPO operations.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Knowledge of BPO/KPO processes and industry trends.

Profile introduction:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and execute daytoday BPO/KPO operations effectively.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions.
  • Perform data entry, data analysis, and research tasks as part of KPO activities.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with established processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.
  • Utilize technology and software tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
  • Knowledge of BPO/KPO processes and industry trends.
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Time management and organizational abilities.
