Unified Infotech is looking for an
IT recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team - ideally someone who has a minimum of 3-6 months of experience working within Information Technology (IT) recruiting.

Objectives of this Role

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
  • Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role in an IT company
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Keep up to date with new technological trends in order understand future hiring needs
  • Handson experience with various interview platforms (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)

Salary:
₹12,000.00 per month
