Hiring for a leading manufacturing company:

Roles and responsibilities:

Achieve the targets in terms of Productivity, Delivery, Quality, Safety, Cost and Environment.
Getting the formulation from R&D and demonstrating at Shop floor.
Capability building in the technicians.
Identifying the issue in New products by comparing with shop floor equipment and highlighting to R&D.
Trouble shooting the issue in new process and New formulation.
Contributing to improve the section parameter like New product launch in time at market,resolving the issue at shop floor for existing product ,etc.
Handling manpower related issue at shop floor.
Documentation updating and maintaining (IMS, Dept recordst etc).
Resource Planning technician & contractor for routine & non routine activities.
Understand the equipment, products, Processes, Raw materials and roles of RMs.
Understand the design capacity, operations and troubleshooting.
DCS, Batch Portal and SAP operation.
Getting work from operators to achieve the target.
Coordination with relevant stake holders to standardize the new product.
Identify the root cause for problems and eliminating it so that it will not repeat again.
Use problem solving tools for operational issues.
Closure of safety observation on time.
Handling ITI technicians & getting the field work executed.
Ensure strict implementation and compliance of best practices as part of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and TQM
Maintain necessary documents as part of the above system.
Ensure standardization report and schedule share to concern stakeholder in time.
