As a Trainee Sales Representative, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in sales.

This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with our seasoned sales professionals to understand our products, services, and sales techniques while building relationships with clients and prospects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Learn about our products, services, and target market.
  • Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
  • Shadow experienced sales representatives during client meetings and presentations.
  • Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance selling skills.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goaloriented with a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
