Asst Sales Manager:

Experience Required: 5+ years


JOB Role :
A Sr Executive/ Assistant manager is responsible for supporting the Sales manager in all aspects of sales function.


Key Responsibilities Include:

1

Developing & Executing sales Strategies

2

Managing & Motivating the Sales team/Reportees

3

Generating leads, closing leads by team members

4

Micro level focus on market & identifying new sales opportunities.

5

Maintaining relationship with customers, key customers & distributors.

6

Conducting Market research & competitive analysis.

7

Ensuring Compliance with all applicable laws 7 regulations.

Strong Analytical & Problem solving skills

Ability to meet & exceeds sales goals.

Ability to bring efficiency in budget utilization

Deep understanding of channel, brands & category

Knowledge of the liquor Industry & its regulations.

Education & Learnings:

Hospitality Graduate/Batchelor's degree in Sales/marketing

Sales experience as sales executive with minimum 3 Years of experience.

WSET 1, or Certification course

Passionate to Learn

Budget : 40-50k per month


Pay:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
