  • Achievement of Sales targets inclusive of High margin and Low margin products allocated for your market through Union Bank Channel.
  • Achieve the SIP monthly trigger as per the targets
  • Completion of Mutual Fund sales related documentation
  • Accountable for achieving the sales targets through the network
  • Promote Union AMC brand with the Distributor
  • Establishing and maintaining efficient Customer Service levels with all the Customers and Distributor
  • Conduct regular visits to all the distribution branches in your market within the city and outside
  • Plan and carry out effective distributor engagement activities within the market and local area proactively.
Inputs to develop sales & marketing support tools required to provide better service to the distributor

  • NISM V A Certified (mandatory) before joining
  • Good Communication Skills, must be able to converse in local language and able to write
  • Comfortable with travel locally as well as outstation
  • Experience of upto 1 year in Bancassurance sales in Insurance Company
  • Experience of upto 1 year in Channel Sales in company such as SBI Capital, Motilal Securities, HDFC Securities etc.
Not more than 5 years' experience overall

At least 1 Year sales experience with Mutual Fund, Bank, Insurance or Broking firm

Age criteria - Below
- 30 years
