- Achievement of Sales targets inclusive of High margin and Low margin products allocated for your market through Union Bank Channel.
- Achieve the SIP monthly trigger as per the targets
- Completion of Mutual Fund sales related documentation
- Accountable for achieving the sales targets through the network
- Promote Union AMC brand with the Distributor
- Establishing and maintaining efficient Customer Service levels with all the Customers and Distributor
- Conduct regular visits to all the distribution branches in your market within the city and outside
- Plan and carry out effective distributor engagement activities within the market and local area proactively.
- NISM V A Certified (mandatory) before joining
- Good Communication Skills, must be able to converse in local language and able to write
- Comfortable with travel locally as well as outstation
- Experience of upto 1 year in Bancassurance sales in Insurance Company
- Experience of upto 1 year in Channel Sales in company such as SBI Capital, Motilal Securities, HDFC Securities etc.
At least 1 Year sales experience with Mutual Fund, Bank, Insurance or Broking firm
