Responsibilities:

Reviewing and analyzing c3controls web content for areas that can be improved and optimized

Reviewing and analyzing competitors' web content and SEO techniques for insights and opportunities

Identifying powerful keywords to drive valuable traffic

Preparing detailed strategy reports

Producing/recommending calls-to-action and sales copy to convert visitors

Producing/recommending SEO content for blogs, websites, and social media accounts

Tracking content performance and making appropriate edits to improve content performance

Developing and executing effective link building strategies

Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to stay within the latest guidelines

Contributing to internal documentation of updated SEO guidelines and processes


Experience and Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:


Develop and implement effective digital advertising strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies.

Create, optimize, and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

Perform keyword research and develop ad copy that is compelling, relevant, and aligned with campaign goals.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content creators, and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive ad messaging and branding.

Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.

Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Stay informed about changes in advertising policies and ensure compliance with advertising guidelines and regulations.

Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient spending.


Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools in the digital advertising landscape, recommending and implementing new strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising campaigns with overall marketing goals and objectives.

Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve campaign targeting, messaging, and performance to drive increased ROI.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

Proficient in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media advertising platforms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop effective ad campaigns.

Familiarity with SEO principles and practices is a plus.

Google Ads certifications or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Ability to adapt to changes in the digital advertising landscape and quickly learn new tools and techniques.

Prior experience in content marketing, B2B growth strategies and SEO

Working knowledge of search engine optimization best practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English)

Familiarization with Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools and analytics platforms in general

Experience with website optimization tools and technical SEO best practices

Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

Ability to work within a team and independently

Self-starter attitude with the ability to handle frequent feedback

Ability to translate technical content from English to Spanish

Strong knowledge of international SEO best practices

Experience running PPC campaigns in Google, Facebook, etc. with proof of previously successful campaigns


Salary:
₹40, ₹65,000.00 per month
