Associate Sales Operation Team:

About the role: - Simpl is looking for an Associate in the Sales Operation Team who's passionate about building & nurturing relationships with Simpl's partner ecosystem and helping them fully leverage Simpl's products & services. We're looking for folks who enjoy connecting the dots in a fast moving environment and take data driven decisions and most importantly are not afraid of failing and very quickly learning what not to do.
You will be:
- Generate lead opportunities, Forecasting, Monitoring pipeline and Analyzing data through CRM
- Identified, recommended and implemented business opportunities for the Sales Team
- Optimization (Salesforce), Manage, track and identify leads: Evaluate sales pipeline using past data and performance trends
- Coordinate and transcribe with sales team to align with the business's strategies and processes
- Analyzing sales data to optimize and improve the efficiency of the Sales Team
- Identifying brands in the D2C market
- Collaborating and working across organization with internal and external stakeholders
- Produce presentation documents for internal use (e. g.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Passion for quality control and productivity
- Love for working in a fast moving environment and taking data driven decisions and most importantly are not afraid of failing and very quickly learning what not to do.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as a horizontal role works with multiple functions at every point
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Self driven with bias for action
