Service Coordinator Profile JD
Assess the service needs of Customers and allocation of complaints towards service team.
He has to handle the complete service backend operation PAN India.
Create and maintain the TAT (Turnaround time) of service providers and resources.
Daily follow up on pending complaints, fulfillment of service provider spares request, spares billing,
Assess client issues and provide solution to fix the problems.
Maintaining of service, complaints, and Installation trackers on daily basis.
Ensure each Customer is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.
Maintain good relationships
Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
