- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Certified CAT II in machinery vibration analysis from Vibration Institute and /or Mobius Institute/Emerson.
- A minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Condition monitoring of rotating Equipments (preferable in petrochemical industries)
- Analyst/Engineer should also have adequate experience to operate the Vibration Data Collector /analyzer & Software of CSI Technology
- Excellent knowledge of CSI technologies
- Proficient in PC skills and application software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
- Has negotiation skills and ability to work with internal &external stakeholders.
- Ability to lead change and alignment on new concepts and approaches through persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment.

Review vibration data and support technicians for analysis and reporting.
Review all data that has been collected daily and give recommendations to suggest if any more measurements are required to confirm the final analysis and recommendations.
Verify the correctness of data collected and measurement process of different equipment and tools by suggesting solutions to improve.
Have experience in MCSA Motor Current Signature Analysis.
Have Experience in Thermography.
Expert in Dynamic Balancing.
Expert in shaft alignment.
Have intensive knowledge in RCA, FEMA, etc...
