We seek a results-driven and experienced Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Social Media and Paid Advertising to join our expanding team.

Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive brand awareness, and generate leads.

Your primary focus will be on social media management and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
Create and curate highquality, shareable content tailored to our target audience.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and foster meaningful connections with our community.
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to measure the success of campaigns.

Paid Advertising (Google Ads and Facebook Ads):

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation for Google Ads campaigns.
Manage Facebook Ads campaigns, including audience segmentation, creative development, and A/B testing.
Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Recommend and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager focusing on social media and paid advertising.
Indepth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content that resonates with the target audience.
Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
