    Description
    Job Timing: 9:00AM to 6:30PM
    1. Processing of AR and AP transactions such as purchase invoice, sales invoice, bank transactions, recurring general journals and payroll.
    2. Working in the areas of sales, purchase, bank, fixed assets, payroll transactions, reconciliation of bank, customer, and vendor.
    3. Maintain Project Accuracy level by 100%
    4. Maintain Efficiency level by 100%
    5. Implement strong foresight about clients' company's accounting structure and cautiously seeking improvements in the process of accounting.
    6. Strong understanding of Inventory functions, supply chain management and accounting reconciliation on continuous basis.
    7. Communication with clients on emails or calls to acquire for information, as necessary.
    8. Understanding the information received and getting it updated accurately and quickly.
    9. Detailed understanding of accounting of client's business to ensure implementation of good protocols.
    10. Everyday reporting and communication to clients and reporting manager for the activities completed.
    11. Excel proficiency and knowledge of Excel formulas.
    12. Proactive approach in resolving the queries and understand the logic behind it.


    Requirements


    1. M / M.B.A or Any masters
    2. Inter CA/Inter CMA/Inter CPA can also apply.
    3. Immediate joiners are preferred.
    4. Minimum 1 year of experience in Industry or similar companies would be given preference.
    5. Must have good academic records.
    6. Strong fundamentals of accounting skills for reviews, and reconciliations, clear and effective communication, and a keen eye for details.
    7. Should possess a thorough knowledge of inventory handling, costing, profitability, reviews, inter-company accounts management, consolidation, timely reporting, and reconciliation abilities.
    8. Efficiently coordinating with peers, colleagues, and seniors for smooth execution of projects assigned.
    9. Growth-seeking mindset and innovative and initiating approach while adapting to ever-changing needs.
    10. Must be able to do open honest communication always.
    11. Excellent communication in all forms of the English language.
